Well after four months of researching I purchased the TC29D with loader and brushhog today. After looking at all the major brands I went with the Boomer. I seemed to get the most options for the lowest price and the dealer was very informative. Thanks for all the great posts can't wait till next weekend!

If it's not violating any confidentiality, what did you have to give for your new Boomer setup? Was this significantly below list? Any special financing available?

Clyde,
I got the complete setup for $17,650 for the TC29D MFWD, 7308 Loader and SQ600 Bushhog rotary cutter. The dealer was very knowledgable and spent about 2 hours going over the tractor and its finer points. By the way I was going over my notes this morning and the Case dealer local to me quoted $19,600 for their D29 model with the same equipment. ....

Keith, sounds like you got a fair deal. congratulations. I'm still trying to convince my better half that I have a definite need for a tractor to maintain our property(~20 Acres in central Alabama, mostly pines, but with 2 horses to clean up after) I'm looking more for the TC21 size with 4WD, HSD, loader, drag box and 48"Bush Hog.
Tks for the info.
