Need price and info on YM186D

There is a YM186D for sale at $7200. The specs are, 4x4, ag. tires, loader, 330hrs, plow/snow blade, and field mower. It has a 18hp engine, what is the PTO hp? I was looking for a 30hp+ machine but prices are more than I'm willing to pay right now and I thought I could get by with something smaller for the time being.
