Just got done cleaning up a 22" snowstorm using FEL, did a good job but keeped going over side, took a lot extra to clean up. Thinking of a rear scraper blade. First I would want to used it going forward (not as agile as I use to be) and I have a couple of concerns. Youre packing it down before you scrape does the blade clean it up also what size would you recommed and would you run it offset. of all the blades I looked at I like the Monroe Tuffline. Any infor appreciated

As a generalization, I always want the blade at least as wide as tractor tires, and some wider is better. I've had trouble moving snow pulling a blade. I've had much better luck pushing snow backwards. Tires stay out of snow and I can pile it better. Forward only works for me if there isn't much snow.

Morning Bob I do not like to try and pull much snow forward either. The rear blade will clean right down throught your tracks but with any amount of snow they tend to load up. You'll spend a lot of time going over what you did recleaning it. You did not say how big a tractor or bucket you have. So I'll shoot from the hip. You can increase the size of your bucket with some bolt on wings for snow or bulk material (sawdust, chips etc). Make them as wide as you need. You could order an aftermarket blade for your loader also. I'll still bet what you have is 10X better than the old shovel. ....
