Kubota B8200DT Hydraulic problems

The response of the loader, backhoe (uses tractor pump) and 3Pt all suddenly got very slow and jerky especially when lifting. I've checked fluid level OK and no signs of leaks anywhere. I suspect a pump or strainer problem but would appreciate any information that could help with troubleshooting.
