I found a JD 955,1995 less than 500 hrs., 70A loader,two sets of tires ag & turf, very clean, & well maintained (altho I haven't seen it in person). Also a trailer made by Gold Star Enterprises with a GVWR of 7000#'s, Twin axle, wood deck, side rails & new tires, electric brakes & ramps.Price is 15,000.00. I also need a mid mount mower, since I am primarily going to mow grass (about 8 acres). Found a used but like new one that came off of a 1990 955. Does anyone know if it is the same hook-up (brackets etc) as the 1995 955? Asking price of the mower is 1350.00. Any thoughts on the price of these?

Ron- if you have not decided on that 955 I have one that has 280hrs., turf tires, 70A loader and we can even put it on a new trailer (7000GVW) for $15,300.00 and I will throw in the 72" JD mid-mower. We are located in NE Iowa. ....

Mick, the 955 is gone but I do now have a 2000 JD4300 w/420 loader, R-4 tires, 85 hrs. warranty until March 2002. (It does have the new style front axle). We are located in Waukon, IA. (NE corner) We are asking $16,500. for this tractor. Thanks, Gary D. ....

Mick, I just talked to friend of mine and he might have a 955 available. It has 110 hrs., turf tires, snowblower (front), mid-deck, and hard cab. He says it is the nicest one you will find. The owner wants $20,000. for the package. Gary D. ....
