Model 48 backhoe mounts

Has anyone with the large frame JD (4500-4700) received the new, updated backhoe mounting plates? My dealer is still waiting and I was wondering if/when they will be shipped. I can't use the backhoe and I have some serious digging to do..thanks

To answer your question yes I have a 4600 and have had the plates replaced already for my backhoe. I had them replaced a month ago took 2 hrs. If you have some digging to do just go ahead and use it the way it is but they only asked that you check all your bolts on the exsisting plates to make sure they are tight. I used mine right up until I had the new ones installed, I was doing some serious digging as well with no problems. They were having trouble with bolts loosing up for some reason on the old style. Happy digging until they come is all I can say to you. ....

Thanks..Dealer says that they should be in stock next week. I cannot use the hoe because I actually sheared a couple of the bolts so I figure I better wait until the redesigned plates are installed. ....
