hydraulic problems Ford 4000

After working for a few minutes the end loader and the rear lift becomes jerky and it worsens with time. I have drained and flushed differential with diesel fuel and then refilled with the proper weight oil but it didn't cure the problem.
I need some help. Thanks RFD
