My Shibaura SD2203 (2 wheel drive) tractor wont get out its own way, no matter how I try to change the gears it wont go over 1 mph. Am hoping its not a broken gear or something. If so are those parts available? Please help.. I need to be able to use my brush hog.

No idea what the shift linkage is like on your tractor, but have you looked for loose linkage? Are you sure when you work the shift lever it is moving the linkage where it goes into the transmission? ....

As Kenny alluded to, the info you posted was a little on the sparse side Ralph.
What is happening? What is not happening? Does the shifter move, or is it stuck? If it moves does it feel different, lighter perhaps, than usual?
It could be that the shift fork has become disconnected from the sliding gear set. Depending on the tractor, you should be able to unbolt the top plate and repair it from above.
Best of luck. ....

You give irrelevant rather than pertinent info. What's the recent operational history? I've never seen a Shibaura, but expect there are maybe 12 speeds in 3 ranges. What happens if you put it in the highest range?
A few models of the Yanmar (another Japanese compact) have an extreme creeper gear that takes some fiddling to get into, and a reversal of the steps to get out of. There's a site called "Grey Market Tractor Club" that specializes in makes like yours, where you can ask. Good luck. ....

Thanks Guys. There is a little lever on the side of the PTO gear box section. It still seems kinda hard to move up and down. When in the up positon the tractor does not move at all, when in the down postion all the forward & reverse drive gears work, but all are in the creaper mode. We tried moving all lever combinations. This tractor seems like most of the compact chinese tractors.. 26hp 3 cyl. two wheel drive.

Ok Ralph, now it sounds like we're getting somewhere.
It sounds very much like that lever has not been moved very much, or very often, or both.
I suspect the stiffness is causing the lever to not travel all the way up, the lever is moving, but not enough.
Try moving the tractor very slowly ahead in gear, just above idle, on a level area, and shifting out of creeper range BUT NOT into high range. Once you have it moving, and the tractor stopped, then try slowly moving it further upwards. If you do succeed in getting it into high range, be sure to move that lever back and forth a few times to be sure it moves freely, and all the way into gear.
Leaving a gear riding on just the edge of the teeth instead of the full width of the gear is VERY bad for it.
Best of luck. ....

Ralph, have you tried oiling the shift points you can? Even right where it enters the transmission. ....

No, it's not like a Chinese tractor. For your interest, Shibaura grew out of Toshiba -- which is a contraction of "Tokyo Shibaura." Shibaura is a suburb of Tokyo but the tractor factory (they make other products too) is in Matsumoto.
I saw Shibaura dealers in England, so you can get English-language manuals from them. Or, Japanese firms that sell to England usually do business in Austraila and New Zealand.
