I've been in the market for a compact tractor for a while and was pretty set on the B2920. Finally was able to make it to the NH dealer and saw the T1110. Seems pretty nice. Little more compact than the B2920. Just looking for opinions. I have 7 acres (5 finished lawn and rest brush). With the T1110 being 28 HP, I believe it has the power I need as well as the Kubota B2920 (29HP).
Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

To my mind it doesn't make economical sense to get a relatively high HP in a machine that can't fully use it tractionwise. By that I mean, my TC33D has about 28hp (33 gross). It weighs a bit over 3,400 with weights and implement. Under loose footing conditions I can get all 4 tires spinning when pulling a 6' box blade. I mow 3 acres with it and would never consider anything smaller than mine (which I used to at one time) So...for the money which can't be much more than a TC, get the TC. ....

I look at the uses, it takes weight for construction work to move large loads. To be mowing you very well might use all the horsepower in tall grass or weeds and never have a question of movement.
I also might look at the B-2320 and keep some cash for options! Same deck sizes are available.
Look at what you will spend the most time doing and buy the unit that fits that need first. If a tractor is heavy it will cost more just to move it at the pumps! Stay light and fast! IT's better for the tractor too! ....

Art I agree with you. What I meant to say is that by going larger and heavier you can get a larger deck (perhaps)while at the same time increase comfort from a riding perspective--not so much bouncing around like a smaller machine has been for me. And from my perspective, heavier machine + wider deck + more power = faster cutting. ....
