I know nothing of tractors; can someone tell me if a 7305 is big enough to pull a 5 ft bushhog and do some work, or just an overgrown lawnmower? I need to grate my driveway and clean out ditchlines. I found one with backhoe attached but not sure if will be what I need. If someone could help me out with an answer, I'd appreciate it.

PLP2200; I'm pretty much a Deere person but I do look at other domestic brands when at shows, fairs, etc. I think they are just a tick smaller than my 4310 Deere at about 30 hp., and about the same weight,( 27-2900 lbs.) That size handles a five foot cutter nicely and will easily handle a backhoe that is sized to fit a 7305. I don't know if Cub Cadet produced a subframe mounted hoe for their tractors or if they produced a backhow at all. I have a model 48 Deere backhoe for my 4310 that is subframe mounted, this means that the backhoe is mounted to a subframe that stays on the tractor when the hoe is off. There are all kinds of three point mounted backhoes, but they can do lots of damage to the three point hitch of the tractor and just aren't as near to being what you think of a dedicated backhoe tractor to be. Too many loose joints to flop around when you are using it. Frank. ....

Thanks for the info. Frank.
I have not actually seen the cub 7305 1998 model, just heard of this deal and wondering if it's a good machine. Any good/bad news on this specific model out there?
