Ed, I live in Puyallup and have a JD755. I too am looking for a backhoe attachment. I would be interested in hearing what you are finding. I am getting prices for 3pt hitch hoes in the range of $5,000 installed. ....

i bought a BushHOG brand backhoe attachment model 762.the unit i bought has it's own hyd. pump and tank. i bought two buckets, a 16" and a 9". the first is perfect for footings on foundations, while the 9" is great for 4" drain lines-supplies-gas-etc. the hoe is easy to operate-two levers, and it is a snap to install. you simlpe back-up to the unit, hook the pump to your pto, use the boom and out riggers to level the unit to attach to your tractor. attach your three pins and your off. the dealer where i bought my tractor told me i did not need a sub-frame mount for my tractor.check on yours.its available in four colors so it will match your tractor. good luck. i can dig it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ....
