I have located a used 94 770-4wd tractor with 1300 hours and was looking for any feedback on possible redflags before I purchase it. The sale includes a JD 413 brushhog, JD 550 tiller and a 5 ft. 3 point finish mower. The seller bought this equipment from a rental company, is that a +/- ?? Thanks in advance for your response.

Mike be careful on any thing that has been rented. It might have been tortured in it's life. The only thing I do not like about my 770 is the sliding gear trans. Do not take me wrong it's not a big problem just takes some time to get use to.I bought mine in nov. same year 1200 hours 2wd mid mount deck for 5000 and my old 318. It was the in best best shape out of all the used tractors I looked at even the ones with only 500 hours on them that right there sold me. hope this helps a little Jeff N ....
