A friend of mine took off his front bucket, to put on a bale spear, and then could not manage to get it back on. it took about 20 min to decide that we needed a big pry bar to get it back on , "Some quick attach bucket huh!". couldn't believe that was Japanese enginering.

John Deere 400 series buckets go off and on very easily without any tools at all. ....

I took the bucket off of the loader arms on my Kubota L2500 (Kubota LB400 loader) to weld some hooks on the bucket. it took about 5 min to get off and about another 5 to put back on . It was on level concrete surface.
