PTO wood and brush chipper for 35-40 hp tractor

I am looking for a new or used (but still in good shape) wood and brush chipper for my Massey Ferguson 245 tractor. I have a small hobby farm in Ladysmith, British Columbia, Canada. The ground is too wet to work on in the winter and there are burning restrictions in the summer so chipping seems to be the only alternative. A local equipment vendor has found one for me (unknown brand) but the price is a bit beyond my means. I was hoping to find something in the $2000.00 (cdn)or less range. Am I being too optomistic?Thanks for your help.Mike Fall
