I know the topic of hyd oil has been covered fairly extensively on these forums, but I want to post an observation and ask if this problem is related to UDT.
I road travelled my 7610hsd on gravel in 2WD/High for about 1/2 mile. This is the first time I have really used high range during the 106 hours on the meter. Anyway, my wife was following me and said that I was only going 5 MPH. The tractor is supposed to go over 10 MPH. Is this the result of using UDT during the 50hr service instead of Super UDT, or ... ?

I don't know if it would make that much of a difference or not.
I do know that Kubota show the top travel speed as being at "rated engine speed" of usually 2,600 RPM, very machines will go to 2,600 RPM at a standstill let alone at road speed.
In other words the speed listed is a theoretical calculation based on gears, tire sizes, etc., not measured in the real world.

I remember a question sometime in the past about relatively low top speed and HST. My gear tractor does over 16 MPH. The indicated speed matches a GPS check.

It makes a difference, but not that much difference.
Car speedo's are not real accurate in the under 10 mph range. A good way to get your ground speed would be to use a GPS or to time it over a measured distance.
My 4115 will do about 12 mph on the road. If your tractor is truly that slow you may have a brake dragging or some other problem. ....

There should be no differences between the oils used in the transmission as far as road speed goes. I would check the road speed with another vehicle, my B7510HSD with R4's goes 10-12mph over the road. Super UDT is devoloped and intended more for the GST and HST transmissions in cold weather applications. ....

Not to make any comments on your wife's driving habbits, but my wife thinks she's going 60 when the speedometer reads 85. She claims the vehicle takes off on her. That little women can really get after it.
I think you should do a timed distance check. Fluids can make a difference at different temperatures, but not that much. If after a timed distance check you still determine that you are only travelling 1/2 the rated speed, check the tachometer. If it the engine is running close to the rated rpm's, you may have a problem with your hydrostat. I would check the hydrostat filter first. It's a seperate filter from the hydraulic system and should have been changed at your 50hr service. If your engine isn't running at rated rpm's, there could be something working against the driveline, like a stuck brake.
Beyond that, you may want to make use of your warranty. Let your dealer determine what the problem is so you don't do anything to interfere with the warranty. ....

Your variables are not very significant i.e. wife/ speedometer/etc.
Get a more reliable measurement before reaching a legitimate conclusion!! ....

Lets think just a little on this but to me 5 miles per hour is a good quick walking speed speed. Could you have walked at the speed of the tractor? ....

DRankin--I hadn't thought of that, but I imagine you're probably right...inaccurate speedo at low speed. This makes sense from Art's question. I couldn't walk that fast. Anyway, speed isn't really an issue since I don't race it. I just wanted to make sure the UDT oil wasn't robbing me of performance. Thanks for all of your input. ....

My BX slowed down.... maybe 1 or 2 mph in high gear.... when I took the Super UDT out.
My RTV speeded up when I put Super UDT in.
For what it is worth....... ....
