I cannot get the front loader installed on the tractor. When I try to install, one side of the rear mount jumps out. I seat both sides of the "rest base" of the arms and as I raise the bucket to rock the asssembly into place to pin it, one side raises from the base and jumps out of the mount. The tractor and bucket are on the concrete floor of my garage and as close to level as I can get it. The dealer rep tried it and decided it was one of the mounts on the frame was twisted. I straightened the mount on both sides so they were perpendicular with the frame and mated in width with the loader but it still occurrs. The tractor loader is a month out of warrenty (13 1/2 months since purchase) and these mounts are considered part of the loader but I did purchase the insurance required by Kubota. Any ideas out there.

I wonder if maybe you are getting uneven hydraulic flow and that is causing one side to lag behind.
Check your couplers. Maybe one is not quite seating or has come a bit unscrewed. ....

I think DRankin has the right idea, uneven flow.
The problem is it is a 'unified' system, i.e. one line runs to both cylinders, usually one after the other, there is not two lines, one to each cylinder. If a connector was loose it would affect both, not just one.
I suspect it's just a case of the hydraulics lifting the side that gives the least resistance first.
Try temporarily holding the mounts down in the lands until there is enough weight one them. I would try a much smaller pin, maybe a 1/2" x 8" hitch pin.
Best of luck. ....

The "hitch pin" is a one inch diameter pin that holds the arm to the tractor mount. That is not a problem. The front loader MUST get up to that mount or it is a real risky thing so a smaller pin is a bad idea. My pin aligns once I get thigs up into place but that is tough to do. I think, more and more, that I still have a minor misalignment. ....

Ok, so did I misread this then? You can get the two mounting points into the sockets they sit in, but then one jumps back out before it's locked in the proper location?
I'm not familiar with the smaller machines, but is the FEL attached by means of a pin that goes through side-to-side, or a bolt type setup that drops down into a notched land in the rear of the socket?
My point was merely that if you can get the FEL locked, even with a much smaller pin, into the mounting lands, then once you get it up into the air and the parking stands retracted you can then more easily move the arms by just using the bucket curl and boom cylinders. I did not mean the pin should be used permanently, only just long enough to get it lined up.
Best of luck. ....

That is what caused the problem in the first place. I could get one pin in but as I rocked or lifted to get the other mounting to seat in place, the mount on the unpinned side would jump out rather than continue down to the seat and the bucket swing toward the pinned side, twisting the mount. ....

Bill it does seem like something has moved. Have you checked the frame bolts to see if they have come loose? If your floor is level and tire pressures in the rear the same measure your pin holes to see if they are the same distance from the tractor to the floor. To get the loader frame back on and then loosen the lower frame from the tractor and retighten might help this situation. ....

I think one or both sides of the on tractor loader mount has been twisted. Not sure how to tell which side needs straigtened. I got them back as best I could by inserting a bar into the lower support mount and then driving against the side of a building to get the bar as perpendicular as I could visually. Got it so it does mount but still out a little and mounts with a lot of patience. The support on the loader is visually in lign with the mounting support but must be off just a little as it is tough to completely seat and while trying to seat via manipulation of the bucket controls it can jump out on one side. The height seems ok though and with the bront loader mounted the arms of the loader are parallel with the floor. IT is just hard to get both sides seated without the one side raising and jumping out of the support. Any suggestions as to how to get the alignment? I thought if I tried to get it as close as possible with the loader support of the side that is tough to enter the bracket just resting on the bracket and then putting the "pry bar" in the upper hole in the support and bending to each direction I could see which direction and how much it needed adjusting. Sound reasonable? ....

I did a little more tweeking and bending of the mounts and all is well. They claim the mounts are part of the loader and under a 12 month warranty so Golden Eagle wanted about $200 a piece fot he two mounts plus labor. ....
