Hydraulic Oil Change

I am coming up on the scheduled 300 hr. hydraulic oil change for my TC 33D. I am thinking of going with synthetic oil to try and alleviate the cold weather squealing and general sluggishness, also to help with hydrostatic smoothness.Has anyone done this and has it helped? Have you had any problems? Leaking seals is the only bad scenario Iv'e heard about. Thanks for your input.

Sorry this isn't too timely for you...was snooping through past posts.

I switched to Amsoil synthetic in engine & Hydro last winter in my TC33D. Everything is great plus I love the fact the cold weather whine & sluggishness is gone. ....
