My 2003 TN75D has a Koyker 245 front loader and I use various implements on the 3 point like an 8ft. Rhino shredder. Somewhere in the hydraulic system I am drawing air and both loader and rear 3 point stop working.I have to bleed the system at the pump to use the system. This has happened even while transporting round bales on the loader or 3 point. I have no visible fluid leaks anywhere on the machine. Where should I check to find out where I am drawing air?

I very much doubt you have a leak.
I think you will find that the issue is cavitation, not a leak.
It works like this, you have something heavy like a hay bale on the FEL (loader), and set it down with the engine at low RPM. The weight of the hay bale forces the FEL down faster than the idling pump can refill the other (lift) side of the cylinder. The fluid being more viscous than air, resists the vacuum caused by the weight lowering and air 'burps' up through the fluid.
This is the air you are finding in the system.
I'm willing to bet that if all you do is cycle the FEL full up / full down a few times the air will be gone without any bleeding.
If you then very slowly lower a load it will not reoccur.
The long-term solution however is to install a needle valve on the down side of the FEL that will limit the lowering speed to a point where cavitation will not occur.
