tc45d will not turn over

I have a tc45d and the starter will not turn over. Glow plugs light etc. Acts like a safty switch but which one? Checked the seat, checked the neutral how many more are there? I turned on the key and jumped the starter but I sill will not fire.

I have read in the past about a fuel shut off solenoid that is on a diesels injector pump. It opens so your engine will get fuel and shuts to stop your engine because diesels don't have a ignition system. If that solenoid is not opening, even though you are cranking the engine, it will not start. Some have said their tractor will start but shuts off right away and it has a 2 stage solenoid. It would let fuel pass in the start mode but the run mode was bad so the tractor would starve and die right away. ....
