Tried finding an adjustment point but no luck. I watched a few videos on how to adjust a pto clutch but the only videos I found were on bigger tractors with a removable plate exposing the adjustment screw. Does mine have one of these adjustment screws in a different location maybe? ....

Not sure if you got a manual or a computer Zip drive of exploded view of your machine. I can not see it obviously so you would have to find out if it's shuttle drive hydrostatic or gear to gear why this is important is because your PTO chuck that enters casting goes probably on a spline shaft if so it should have a slip joint or a two piece coupling or a round shaft with key way or shear key so if for some reason you catch something inside say a brush hog it has break away points with these keys so it don't damage Main unit. If it has a key way and it's sheared it will turn the shaft but loose speed when throttled up as it will slip by where key would lock it in. I don't believe that 1010 has adjustment for PTO speed if you send me serial number I could look into it possible send you excluded picture of the unit and how it operates to see where your issue is. Sorry for long message. ....
