Problems with Kubota Model LA480 Diesel Tractor

Subject tractor is 4 wheel drive with Glide Shift Transmission. Used front-end loader to lift metal pole
out of ground. Backed tractor after lifting out pole.
Tractor will not go backwards or frontwards now. Have
never had this problem. Can anyone help me?

Roy, you need to be a little more specific.

Will the reverser, the shifter on the left side of the steering wheel, not move or does it move but nothing happens.

We used to have a problem with them sticking sometimes, we found that if you put the gear selector in neutral it would then let the column-mounted shifter move, then you select a gear and everything was back to normal.

Also try moving the gear selector, sometimes the hydraulic actuator sticks open and won't let the clutch engage.
