kubota 1550 with bush hog loader

I found a used 1550 and wanted to solicit opinions. It basically specs out this way: 4wd, 250 hours, very good to excellent condition, ag tires, power steering and a Bush Hog loader. The guy selling it says it is 22hp but isn't sure if it is engine or pto. Someone else told me it was 13hp pto. Does anyone know? Has anyone used/seen/know of what it might be worth. The guy want $9900 for it.ThanksKevin

it has 17 hp at the engine and 14 at the pto ....

Thanks for the reply. Would you think that the 1550 with 250 hours, power steering, in like new condition, with a Bush Hog front end loader would be worth $9K?
