looking at a kioti LB1914 with a 600000 series serial number. What is the year for that series?

My reference book doesn't refer to Kioti serial #s. I would just check with any dealer, they can tell you. BTW Age isn't as important on tractors as in cars. I found a two year old unit being sold as new. The dealer didn't say so until I pushed him - not uncommon.

Thanks. That helps to explain why a 1996 model is almost "brand new." What I don't understand is why the Machinerylink site shows the LB1914 models with 4X4 starting in 1999 and yet the tractor I have was manufactured in 1996. Does anyone know when the LB1914 with 4x4 was first manufacturered? ....

My reference guide from Intertec shows an LB1914 with a 6xxxxx serial number as a 1990. ....

Thanks. I called customer service and was told that the serial number I have was actually made in 1996. Although I bought the unit an an auction, a local dealer has offered to show me the features and functions tomorrow. ....
