ford 2120 vs 2110 front grill

Does anyone know if an older ford 2110 compact tractor front grill is the same shape (fit) as the newer 1987-2001 compact 2120. I know the older ones were white and mine is painted black but the shape "appears" to be the same.... I have found the 2110 grill available aftermarket for about $110. and the 2120 grill is only available from the dealer for almost $300. ouch... and its only a bent piece of heavy screen...

If you have the ability (or have a friend who does)to weld, why not save a lot of money by building your own? There are a lot of good examples on this site.

Jus' my opinion... ....
