tz25da has a right side lean

I just had my new tz25da delivered the other day and love it. Plenty of power and cuts grass like a bear. However, I noticed the tractor/loader leans to the right. All the tires are inflated the same, but when you measure the link pins, frame etc... it definately has a right side "lean" anyone else notice this???

Yes, my CASE DX25E (identical to the NH) does as well! I wonder if the hydraulics and control unit for the FEL, which are on the right side of the tractor, contribute to the lean? My lean is very slight and only noticable when its on a flat concrete surface (the garage). Otherwise I am extrememly satisfied with this tractor, so versatile and loads of torque.

I've just gotted the same tractor . . . with exactly the same problem. Loader is about 1 and a quarter inches off, left to right side.

Well, I guess the bad news is, that its a design flaw.
The good news is that it doesn't hinder performance and now I won't be scratching my head in vain trying to resolve the problem.
These tractors are Shibaura tractors from Japan, yet the FEL is made in Canada (i.e not a Shibaura unit), and I notice that Shibaura uses a different FEL from the CASE/NH unit. Hmmm...compatibilty issue, I'd say.

I have a NH LS185.b skid steer that doesn't lean to one side but it wasn't made square so much so that the loader left rear arm contacts the engine hood, yet there's about an 1-1/2" at the other side. And we're talking a $45,000 machine. You'd think after making this machine as different models for the past 18 years they would have it down-pat by now. I notcied this problem when I got it last year, and the dealer said he would record it. Well now it causing hydraulic lines to rub on the cab which have to be replaced twice.

Earth they make special eccentric pins that go in the top corner of the cab to correct that problem.

As for the TZ tractors measure the diameter and circumference of the rear wheels and tires. I bet they are not the same. As for being a Shibaura tractor, WRONG. Only the engine is. The rest is NH design and built. Search the archives I have gone over many times before on how to correct the lean in the tractor. Most dealers are too lazy to do it until you bitch a couple times.

Oneace,
See compact tractor pulldown on the Shibaura Europe web site, with the exception of the front end treatment that's a CASE/NH. www.shibaura.com

Tony, a dealer down here told me about the pins but he said they were for correcting how the loader arms come to rest on the front down pads by the wheels. Are you saying these pins will correct my out-of-square condition but not affect how it comes to a rest---because that part is okay for now.

I have looked through the board and couldn't find info on how to "get the lean out". What do I look under? I love the tractor! I'm trying to find work for it as an excuse to drive it! Thanks....

Yes it is a NH or CaseIH re badged.

The Pins are not for how the arms come to rest at the bottom. The hyd pressure will take care of that in or out of square. What they do is move the beam the runs from the top of the cab to the back of the loader frame toward the front or the rear of the machine in turn moving the boom either left or right. You will only get about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch at the very rear of the boom but most times that is all you need.
