tz22da hydraulics and mower deck issues

Ok.. first off, when the tractor is off, the 3pt and the mid deck will go all the way down over night. No visible fluid leak anywhere. Second off, I had to level the mid deck and for side to side adjustment, the adjuster is turned almost all the way to the top on the right side, and the left is around in the middle or so....supposedly as it should be...is this normal for an adjuster to be set that high to level?? One last thing to mention, it seems that when the loader is on, the left side always seems to be higher than the right, of course on level ground. I just got this machine in January and have not used it to heavily thus far.
One mention that might affect the hydraulics if this will help; is that I bust a fitting when dumping a load into a dumpster and that neeless to say fluid to blow all over the place. Would there be air in the system causing them to go down now since the repair?? Any help will be greatly apprecieated! Thanks!

I have the CASE cousin to yours and the manual recommends that you lower your hydraulics (3 pt & mower & FEL) when you are finished for the day. Bleed down of the 3 pt & mower can be controlled by the knob under the seat (rabbit/turtle markings on it), if you don't want to lower your hydraulics, it also saves you from slamming any 3 pt hitch inplements into the ground. Cheers.

The lowering of the mower and 3ph is normal. the side to side adjustment is normal. If you want the deck to stay in the air raise your hight adjustment lever the whole way to the top. Though that way your 3ph will still drop. With your loader not being square to the ground make sure you rear tires are inflated to the same psi. If the are take a tape measure and make sure they are the same diameter. Don't just go by what is wrote on the side wall. I have run across more the a couple sets of tires that are different. Not sure what you are saying about the fitting and air in the system.

Ahhh...yes....I had time to acutually make it to the NH dealer and have a chat with my service guy. He stated the same thing you did about the tires.
He also told me that these TZ's hydraulics are not designed to stay in the up postion (locked) while the unit is off. He said that that it 3pt and mid will fall over time...which is fine, I just thought there was something wrong. All other hydraulic equipment I have ever dealt with has always stayed in its left position when left for a period of time.
I will check out the tires and see if that is the culprit of my lean. I sure hope so and not a bent frame. I have not done anything severe enough to warrant frame bending, besides it has had this lean since I have gotten it, as previously mentioned. Overall I am happy with this unit...just want to get it levlled!! Thanks again!

Also the loader mount holes have just a hair of slop in them. Loosen them up and let the high side drop and put a jack under the low side and then tighten them up again.

According to my dealer the uneven loader has a "kit" from New Holland. The leveling/height adjustment on the deck has a "kit" also. I noticed the same issues on my TZ24 and they are fixing them under warranty.

in the two years that I worked on them never heard of such a kit. What I have heard of is !!LAZY!! dealers that do not take the time to set the machine up right the first time. To do it right just take too much time and maybe the new owner won't notice. Then well make up something to cover our LAZY ass light a leveling kit.
