My local dealer (small town) has a used 2001 TC40DA with FEL and 150hrs. The tractor has been on his lot for 9 months. He is asking $16,500 and will include a 5 ft bush hog. Is that a fair price? and what concerns are there with the tractor sitting for 9 months?

No concerns about sitting for nine months but the tractor can not be a 2001 and also be a DA. ....

New price is about $16.5K for the tractor, $600-$1200 for the brush cutter(depending on weight and brand) and 5.5K for the loader. I would think with the low hours that that is a good deal.
I am not too concerned with the sitting if they moved it once in a while and kept the battery charged. ....
