2003 7254 cub cadet instrument panel

I have a couple of issues with my Instrument panel. 1st thing is my digital hour meter has taken a crap. Anyone know how to fix this?
The Tractor has under 500 hrs and I really would like to see the meter again somehow.
It does show sometimes but only in broken lines, not enough to read.
The other is my Gas guage decided to stop working. It vibrates like it's stuck or something when I turn the key on. It was working fine and then did this.
Any help with either would be fantastic
