7265 Starting problem

I incorporated the starter mod suggested by Yooperpete on my CC 7265. Worked great as far as the starter performance but there is no fuel coming out of injector pump. Is there any chance this wiring mod could have bypassed the fuel shut-off? Any suggestions.

Knowing the experience I'd say that there wasn't a mistake made. You could hot shot the solenoid to see if that is the issue. ....
