I have a 3520 cab tractor and the hotter it gets the better it cools. I was using it a few days ago and it was about 98 here in NC and i started down a hill and water ran on the windshield.........i thought my drain hose was stopped up and when i got out to look the outside of the roof was frosted. That is cool. Buy u one it is aslo very nice when you are putting out chemicals.

I will do that and you are right it holds 2.8 pounds empty.I did ask a dealer and they did not know and i found it in my manual. I will take it to the dealer i bought it from asap. I asked my loacal dealer and they are kinda upset because i did not buy from them. I asked them about the hyd making a noise when the loader is raised and lowered and was told if it was something the dealer should have checked before i picked it up that there would be a charge to look at it. So i am going to stay away from them.

My 3520 has the wires already installed for the horn. Look nearf the frint top of the radiator and it should have two wires they will go back to the instrument cluster. Just remove it and drill a small hole and the orn will have a push button. Dealer sells the kit that includes the horn and button.

When i ordered mine you had to get a 3720 to get the air ride seat but if you go to build the 3520 now it will let you build it with the air ride seat so i would think it can be installed in a 3520.

You may find the oil filter chaeper but i checked on a air filter for a 4310 and JD was about 10.00 cheaper than buying it at any of the parts stores. I know someone else makes the oil filters for JD but for my peice of mind i only use JD.

I use a pulverizer for leveling and works very well on a gravel driveway.If you have not tried one you may want to think about it. I haredly ever use my box blade unless it snows...and here in the foothills of NC that is not very much.

I know the feeling i went to the factory and looked at them before they came out on market and it was love at first site.I have used mine about 14 hours and there is nothing like it. Hey you only go around one time..and IT WOULD MAKE A GOOD CHRISTMAS PRESENT

I have a new 3520 and I installed a JD electric diverter valve on it and when I raise the loader or the mid mount mower it makes a noise ..kinda squeaks when raised and it also jumps some when I raise the loader very easy. I never tried it before installing the electric diverter valve so I don't know if it is something I have added or it came that way. JD says it is normal but I have owned a few of the compacts and they did not do this. The valve did say to check and see if I have 2500 PSI after I installed it but I did not have a gauge to check it. Dealer says they may be able to raise pressure on tractor but valve has no adjustment. The valve that slows and speeds up the rock shaft (under seat ) will not move would this have anything to do with my noise? I hate the JD electric diverter valve as it has a switch that is on console and you must trunk on and off before you can use 4n1 bucket. I would have bought a Long if I would have known that JD did not have button on joy stick.<br>

It was not bad to sell i sit it at my business and it sold in a few weeks. I sold it to a very nice retired couple that lives in the mountains of North Carolina. They had a larger JD but his wife wanted a smaller one that she could use to cut grass and he can use the loader to haul hay for his goats. Thank you for the advice on selling it myself. I had dealers offer me 13,500 and they said they would sell it for 14,500 for a quick sell. Yea right. I take very good care of my tractor and it looked about 95% as good as my new one does.

I would run from the 4300 at that price. I just sold a like new 4310 435 hours hydro 4 wheel drive R3 tires 430 loader and a 60" mid mount mower for 16,000. The dealers wanted to give me 13,000 and 13,500 and told me that they would sell it for 14,500....YEA RIGHT I also had two 4300 with hydros and one was replaced under warranty because of the thrust washers in the rear. So becareful with the first model 4300 with this problem and also mine would scuff the lawn with front tires and i was told that they improved this on later models.

Part number is LVU11264 and cost is 1.70. Mine also did the same after sitting the brake would hang after replacing the spring it has never given a problem.

I am interesting in a Curtis Cab for a 4310 tractor........has anyone seen one of these installed on a 4000 series tractor? I understand it will also fit the new 3320 and so on tractors. Some cab companies have started selling a 5000 BTU 12 volt Air Conditioner for their cabs. I think they got the idea from the ones installed on golf carts........i don't feel that this unit would work very well...please give me your thoughts.<br>

Looking to trade for a 3320 mine has 390 hours but looks about 95% new.I just got a price today for the 3320 with 60" mid mower and 300cx loader for 23,800 with turff tires rear hyd outlets. Dealer wants my tractor loader and mower and wants 10,800 to trade...that is giving me 13,000 for mine.I think my loader will work on the 3320 tractor but dealer says it will not. I have seen the new loader on a 790.Any thoughts on this please get back with me.
