Is there a problem with the cranks in the L245 1101 motor or could this be a freak happening?

I am looking at a B 7800 It has 1100 hr and seems to run great<br>
It has the FEL by Kubota. He will sell it to me for $8500. It has new turf tires on the back and worn ones on the front. I don't want turf tires so I will have to buy new wheels and tires at about $850.<br>
Is this a good deal<br>
If so I will have a b 7200 that has been almost totally rebuilt for sale

My 7200 is hard to start when cold or after it has ran a long time. Another thing that help it start was pulling the comp and fuel lever. When the exhaust was clear drop bothj knobs at the same time.

It wont engage if both wheels are going the same speed. When you hold it down you will feel a little extra pedal movement as it engages. . You also must NOT use it when turning

I just got (trade) a 1803 d suzue. I know they are not made anymore. I am shocked how much better made or should say heavy duty it is compared to my Kubota.. It has the Mish. 3cylinder diesel in it. It started with no problem at 10 degrees out. My Kubota just moaned. It has a new chief loader on it. I am fixing some small stuff but can't wait to see how it goes. Any other suzue owners out there?<br>

I have rebuilt the clutch in my b 7200 I got a new clutch fork. The old one has a off set from the c line of the shaft it mounts on a little foward of backward depending on which way it is mounted. The Kubota manual says watch the way or direction it is mounted when you take it out. <br>
The new fork is almost straight with the shaft mount and seems to have a very small set if any. Does anyone know which way the off set goes or if there is a off seton the fork.

Hi I have my little B 7200 back together. The last thing that could have been put in wrong is the clutch fork. I have a new one coming. I can not find anywhere where in the manual which way it goes. Just watch how it is when you take it out. So far everything the dealer did is screwed up. I have corrected everything and the little guy runs so good. I just wish it was a little bigger. But I need to know if the small offset in the fork angle goes to the front or back. Then all will be great.<br>

Yes what he said! I don't think mine has ever returned to Nutral by itself. I am still playing with the control knob under the seat. You should see my act. Blade down and drags raise blade slow lift on FEL let blade down have plenty of lift but blade creeps down. Blade drags me stop rise blade put lever back in down raise FEL blade creeps down. It is funny sometimes . I have figured the valeve under the seat needs adjusted better. I have gotten it close to floating but close is still a little creepy.

Remember you have two adjustments You set the safty and adjust the linkage also make sure the front floor support is not bent. It it is also the back stop for the peddle

I just my basket of parts $450 worth. I have taking the tractor apart. One of the clutch problems was they put in the wrong clutch bearing. About a 1 1/2" hole over a 1" shaft. The old clutch plate is like new but I am replacing it with the rest of the parts. If someone wants a 71/4 clutch disk it cost about $97 at kubota Mine is postage to you. When I say things to the dealr like ."it was your mach. they say he is gone and we didn't know much about him" They did give me a discount on the parts. The clutch parts were $20 more that they said over the phone.

You might check the side and back. Some of the seats have a bolt that goes in a hole and through a positioner. It may have some back adjustment. but you have to take the bolt out move the back back and put the bolt back in

On my b7200 I notice that happens if the down reliece valve under the sea it set wrong. It is like it has to be open a couple of turns so the blade goes down pretty fast. I think at that point the hydraulic pressurs is more stable to hold it in place

Before wiring dia. I did'nt I checked all the other stuff. I found the dealer I got it from who had checked everything had misplaced the charge bulb or they didn't notice it didn't come on. With the bulb in it was on and off dim and bright. It seemed like I would clean some wires and it would be off for a while. With the dia I saw the ground remembered how slapping it worked. I reached up and found the wire and wiggle wiggle back and forth . I even have a new regulater. . I took the dash off and cleaned every terminal and got 15 years of grit and whetever that other stuff that hides in those places is out.

Mr White thanks Your message was cut off a syphon cooling. What was after that. What is a good way to load the engine in the field? Whould holding the loader valve or raising the 3-point and keep it on work? I can't believe the power the little guy has. Would a compression test tell anything

I am looking to trade for a 3710 I see it was made only a couple of years. Is there anything I should know about that model. I did notice the 4 cyl. engine was a smaller ci. that other 4 cyl kubota motors.

I talked to the dealer and he told me what size. What was confusing was the CCA of the batteries

I talked to the NAPA guys today and the differance is places like walmart rate their batteries at 32 degrees for the amp rating. Places like NAPA rate their batteries at 0 degrees.
That also makes a differance in the starting amps

I have a bush hog 1840 fel on my b7200. The control valve for the loader was leaking at the back end. I ordered new seals and they were only o-rings. cost $18.00. I took the valve apart to put the seals in annnd. I could not find them anywhere. Lost in the belly of my cluttered garage. I pulled one out with a neat little pick set I got at NAPA for $5. Took the seal back and there in the o-ring box was the same thing or maybe a little thicker 4 cost $2 I put them in and no more leaks.

The tractor has new injecters and pump I have not had the tractor long so I am learning. I found the hydraulic pump seal was so fluid was leaking into the oil...The exhaust seems to be getting cleaner. I found out the best way to start it when it is warm. I pull both compression and gas levers. I hit the starter and when the exhaust is completly clean. I let go of both at the same time. The little guy started everytime.

I am going to have to joint I can only get about 1/2 of the return post.
