Fram what I see, I'd jump on this and in no time.. 34K for all that? The K dealer near me wants more than 34 for a 5030 cab, loader and nothing else..

I sat in the 4630 last year and it's cab is well designed, well built and if I had to have a cab tractor, I wouldn't mind Kubota's factory set up at all. I agree that Kioti's is just as nice, also..

I am not sure either, and don't take my word as gospel, I think I read on another net a month or so ago. of two NH dealers answering this exact question. And if memory is correct, they both said don't even think about it. It won't work..

I have only 19 acres and refuse to be without a backhoe. There are a zillion things that can be done with them. 20,000 to lay 2G feet, wouldn't take me long to order my own hoe.. I have a 11 ft hoe on my machine. Most people don't want or need that size. I would seriously look at the Kubota 4630 with BH90 hoe. NIce all around machine, especially with 50 acres. Hoe will do whatever you need it to. The 4630 can have a nice factory cab for those cold snowy days.

I certainly understand as I feel every time I use my hoe, that I expect much more than it is capable of producing. I guess this is what happens when one runs the big machines. expect the same thign at home..

I never did put that intended plow on and I won't do it now. I also have a 18 ft, 12,000GVW trailer that I pull my machine around with. My machine with hoe attached is somewhere around 7200 lbs. I also have pulled AndyMA's from the other net, who has a fully loaded TN75D with hoe, cab and a million other things he has added. His machine is just over 9000 lbs, so for me the 4:10's work. I would think that (occasional)towing, the 3:73 would do OK. IF I knew it would be massive highway miles more than anything else, I would go with 3:55's. For me , this isn't the case. At 4:10's and a very hilly area that I live in, 16.9 MPG is what I average. Once, with a serious tail wind, I got 25 on the Mass pike. I can, and do often get 20. - 21 on long interstate runs. This, is not pulling the trailer though..

Weather people had us all believing it would be the big one. I think we got 5" give or take a centimeter or two. For three days they been telling us, 10 - 12" in our area. Oh well, time to go plow the driveway as some here have to head to work. I sure miss those large storms we use to get. Seems now, a lot more of these 4 -5 inchers instead of the 18 and 20 that use to come. Haven't checked thenews I wwould gueess tht north of me and up in Maine probably got a lot more than us.

You are missing our points also. I remember running backhoes back in the early 70's and seeing a Kubota, everyone, me included, laughed at them.. The question of the day was how long will this Japanese junk hang around? Kubota has done a superb job of designing tractors, selling them, not much in warranty work and so on. They also spent tons of time and effort seeling resale values. Today, there are many tractor mfg out there. Kioti is just now coming in line like Kubota spent many years to accomplish.<br>
As far as Indian/Korean tractors, they are built just as well, perform as well if not better, and, will be around whether you like it or not. They too, will catch on like Kubota and Kioti and will have to start selling their resale values. Right now, mfg's are playing a nubmer game. Who can sell the most in any given fiscal year. The only problem I can see particularly with the Korean brand names will be the importer. Centruy/Branson/TYM/Mahindra 10 series and possibly others are all being inported in under these different names. I do see the possibility of Branson or Zetor=Century or TYM either dropping out or combining..<br>
There are only so many fish in the sea, and I cna see this scenario happening. Doesn't mean they are bad tractors and worthless. Remember, Kubota at one time was worthless too.

I would think if a hit and run was "caught" on video tape that the person or persons insurance would cover court costs and other related costs along with the repair bill. It obviuosly was intent to harn or destroy by their simply driving away. Wouldn't be so if ther person waited and said I damamged your vehicle.

suppose to be warm today, dog got wrapped around a bush and I had to go untie him.. 15 degrees at 6:30 am this morning. I do feel the snow is over, which is fine by me. Last week at or near 50, this week back to 30's for the high. I think with the new doplar and other gizmo's that the WX people miss more now then when they use to guess (after reading the farmers almanac)

Our U.S. congress, both, senate and house of reps have never declared an official language. This, is another thing that should happen, declare English as our official language.. I agree whole heartedly with Kubotag and have spent hundreds of hours in various gvt bldgs delivering computer systems. It's awful to ask a question and get hands up in the air and some foreign language being spoken.

we did about six miles of old gravel roads with chip seaql. They lay down type 80, then spred 3/4 stone, roll it, spread down type 70, lay dwon 1/2 inch stone, roll it, then type 70 again and lay down 1/4 chip stone. It sounds like a long process, but reqlly isn't. Of course we dealt with a company (All State) that this is all they do. As far as chip sealing, (3 stone layers) over well used gravel roads, this all I would ever do again. On previous highway budgets, some gravel roads were paved over with asphalt.. Come winter/spring season, many had stones come up and tear the asphalt which means pot holes anad pot hole patches.. With a gravel road that is chip sealed, if a stone comes up, 99% of the time, it does not tear, but rather moves like an elastic band. Only down side found with this system is the first four or so days. If a young teen wnats to "burn out" on newly laid chip seal, it can cause immediate erosion of product. If no one burns out first four days, you will get many years service from the chip seal system..

simplified, cut down on high end graphics that get some mad waiting to load, and most important to me, at least some prices listed for new and used. It's the old "no ticky, no shirty" when buying theory. Do like the big 3 Ford, GM, Chrysler and post some low costs new, of course very few options, and some used prices. My in laws- 50 years as Chrysler and IH truck found out to never put in the paper, please call for price or not to lists any prices. When they did this, nothing. At least with listing a plain Jane BX and maybe a plain Jane 3130 or something,and a few used, you create traffic. The web is nothing more than a glorified newspaper that is easier to obtain and quicker to read

I had one issue with my Mahindra, and that was the 511 Bradco hoe didn't have enough hydraulics to operate it correctly. A few e-mails to Texas at Mahindra's office, calls to the selling dealer, and wait of 3 weeks (I agreed to the wait) and the dealer installed a newly designed PTO pump and hydro tank system. Now the hoe operates awesome. The experience with Mahindra actually went quite well. THey listened, thought it over, and reacted to my complaint, total time to fix, four weeks..

You can look up Implement and Tractor, also a bi monthly magazine. THis one doesn't go into such great detail as compact equipment though

I have a Bradco 511, the bucket will curl after a few days and if I forget to pin the hoe back, it too, will dropp down to the ground in a few days. You have to remeber that these are not commercial hoes like the JD 710 I run on occasion now where they lock in place
