Thanks,I got about 130 hrs or so after one year,no major problems so far,[knock on my head],time will tell,its got a good solid motor,I now believe,the rest only time will tell,I figured if I could get about five years out of it without any major problems,it would be worth it and then some,just couldn't afford a compoable big three and didn't want to buy somebody elses junk. My neighbor has got one of those yanmar tractors,he of course bought used,I think he paid around 9,000 for with fel,bushog,tiller.He has been trying to tear it up for the past 3 years now,and hasn't managed. Richard

Maybe in the suburbs,I'm a country guy myself,we tend to look at the location not the house first before buying,who in there right mind would buy a place than build a high burm around it to try and keep out noisy neighbors,and noise,these is why we got democrats and republicans,guess which one I am. I had one of those I bought in about 82,the motor blew up in about 86,3 or 4 h.p. I believe,I gave it to the trash man in Whitestone,Va.

That is all true,looks to me like w.va. should be the countrys biggest and bestest place to buy from then,but its not anymore cheaper here to buy a tractor than in N.E.,course it takes a pretty good mule skinner to get them over the hills. Richard Gauthier

Plant red glover like you wanted to,the roots are not that deep,deer love it,it will grow in most soils.You will have to mow about anything you plant at least once or twice a year,if you want to keep the brush and stuff from taking over,just maybe keep off of it when its real wet with your tractor,since you only want to mow it as few tines as possible,that shoudn't be a problem.If the dirts real poor,put a little 10-10-10 and lime on it after you break up the top of the ground which you need to do so the seeds have some dirt to start rooting in,and after planting your seed mulch it with some straw lightly.
