Anybody know of a place where you can buy a cover for a tractor. Something similar to a car cover.

Chief I understand what you are saying the problem is when I call to get #2 diesel I am told it is the same as heating oil. They say they are one in the same so I am having trouble getting "off road diesel" and for that matter nobody wants to deliver just 100 gal of regular diesel.I am just not sure why I am having so much trouble with this.

Kwschumm check out their website cnh.com they have a full line of lawn and garden tractors. I did not know they had them until recently. I bought a deere garden tractor for mowing.

Oliver I would not put stonedust or sand over your stone It will slow the water down when it drains be muddy when wet and dusty when dry. I put down six inches of 3/4 clean and stall matts on top. It makes a nice finish that is easy to clean It is never muddy or dusty. My wife loves it. I did the same thing in the stalls and it is very easy to clean the stalls. We use much less bedding now. The urine just drains b/t the matts and into the stone. good luck.

Archdean looks like a good job. I made a similar set of pads from a left over piece of stall mat that I had. looks very similar but the stall mat is much easier to cut.

For the most part round up or clone will not harm a horse but my vet told me about 2 local cases where a horse died from an allergic reaction to the stuff. You still must use caution when exposing the animal the first time.

Beagle thanks for the compliment. The cub was my father's he bought it new in 1953. When I was seven years old my brother took the tractor out when my parents were'nt home. I was standing on the mower deck he popped the clutch and I fell off and under the left rear wheel. I broke my collar bone and had a collapsed lung. About 5 years ago I restored the tractor and gave it back to my dad for fathers day. The large hopper is a side dresser it is for applying fertilizer not many originals still exist because the fertilizer ate through the metal. IH eventually made the hoppers out of plastic. Hardwood sounds like you are enjoying your hoe as much as I am. Keep playing I mean working yeah working with those toys I mean tractors.

CD I have a Rhino 75 which is the same as a NH 757. I got it for about $2000.00 less than the same NH. I find it very easy to put on and take off as well as use. Rhino makes the NH hoes so if you want a NH buy the Rhino and use the extra money for some other impliments. Good luck.

Millstone If your looking for a hoe for your TC33D check out the Rhino hoe. As I said before Rhino makes the OEM hoes for NH. The only differance is the cylinders are black instead of blue and the decals and serial # badge are Rhino not NH. Everthing else is the same. Oh except price I got mine $1800 less than the best NH quote. It took the dealer two hours to install it the first time and now with some practice under my belt I can mount and dismount in minutes.
$1800 can go a long way for some other Implements.

I have a similar situation, not quit as much land but I maintain 3 acres for my neighbor so actually closer than I thought. I have a TC33D (33hp) It has worked great for all yo mentioned. I would not go any smaller than 30hp. New would be a little more than $15,000.00. Good luck

A tooth bar bolts onto the cutting edge of your loader bucket and has teeth on it similar to what you would see on a backhoe bucket. It allows the bucket to cut through the soil much easier. They usuall cost around $300.00. I would think a 20hp tractor might be a little light for the job you describe. It might work but take alot longer than a midsize CUT.

Two years ago I bought a TC33D and did not want to mow my lawn with it so I was faced with the same question. What to buy to mow with? There are many great mowers that are good and fast especially the zero turns, but that is all they do cut grass. I opted for another tractor a JD G100 25HP with a 54" deck, not only does it cut grass but I can use it for many other uses like pull the manure spreader or a wagon that I am loading or empting with the bigger tractor. I can leave on implement on the 33 while pulling something else with the other. Just my solution good luck.

I have a TC33 with a subframe mount hoe I have never had a problem putting it on or off trailer. If I need to do something that requires ground clearance I simply take the hoe off. It takes less than 5 minutes. In light of the recent thread on the broken tractor I would not even consider a 3pt hoe. I bought a Rhino Hoe which is the same as the oem NH hoe for about $1800.00. I'm sure you could do the same I know rhino does not make the Kubota hoe but I'm sure they make a hoe and frame to fit your tractor. Just another option good luck.
