I have a B7800 with a belly mower that I use to mow 3 acres with. I usually mow once every month. What is a good solution to prevent the front grill from getting clogged with dust and grass clippings? Today, mine got clogged up and over heated. Spewed out some anti freeze also. I am having to stop every 15 minutes and clean off the grill so a nice air flow will remain. <br>

Also, I need to replace the spewed anti freeze. Will Prestone work in this model? Thanks in advance!

Sorry for the confusion, but I picked up somewhere that there are 2 filters for the tranny/hydro. I called two dealers and they stated there is only one. Is this the case.

Also, one out of the 2 I called stated do not change tranny/hydro fluid until 150 hours. Manual says 50. What to do? Thanks for all input!

Does the mid-mount pto have to be disconnected, or just pinning up the mmm is all that is needed to use the rear pto when mmm attatched? Thanks.

I will be purchasing a new B7800 with 60" mmm and FEL. I have been thinking about the usage of the tractor and am concerned about some sloped areas I have. The way the land is set up, the sloped area is about 300' long and goes right on top of a ditch. There are some high and low spots along the way, and some bare spots.(Do not know the degree of slope)<br>

I have mowed this area with a riding mower and have to put a lot of lean on the high side. The 7800 being bigger and heavier than a riding mower deserves more attention. I would like to know how to judge if a slope is too steep before I mow with this new tractor. There is not trial and error here. Thanks again!!

I am getting ready to purchase a B7800 with 60"mmm. I've read a few posts about the 72" and just curious which is easier to install and remove? How long for each? Any other comments would be greatly appreciated. Sorry if this has been covered before.

I will be getting a new B7800 soon and would like a box to go with it. Since I am new to the tractor world, I am new to the implement world also, :)
Anyway, I need to do some leveling, rutt removing, filling in low spots, general landscaping. What type of box do I need to get, Fixed Bar Box Scraper, Rollover Box Scraper, or a Retractable Box Scraper? I am sure there are price differences and depends on how much I can spend. I'd just like an idea of what these can do and which one would be better for me. Thanks in advance!!

I will be getting a new Kubota 7800 soon and would like some opinions on the type of finishing mower to get, belly or pull behind. Pros/Cons.

I will be using the tractor to mostly mow (will have fel). I've got a good price quote on a belly mower and also would like to know a good price on a pull behind. Thanks in advance!
