There was a dealer in Missour selling tractor this way a year or two ago. The way it works is trough a third party company who calculates the odds that someone will either be a day late with a payment, or not request the refund on the exact day specified, no good the day before or after as I understand it... As has been said, too good to be true is usually either not too good or not too true...

Hercules was a private labeled Benye tractor, Benye made most of the Rhino tractors and still makes tractors for Allied in Ohio (last I heard). There is an oufit called Farmboy tractor parts that assumed the parts business for Rhino, I don't have the link handy, but a search for Rhino parts should turn them up. There is also a benye importer across the state from me in the Jonesboro Arknasas area...

Yes, the suit was settled, terms of settlement have been reported as confidential, if the color of a new kioti is is compared to the other orage tractor it is obviously different. Seriously there are more tractor companies than colors, the whole notion of color ownership is rediculous, IMHO of course... I can think of 2 companies that would disagree and have the courtroom trophys to support thier side. Just cause its legal don't make it right!

I don't have this info on the Farm Pro, but our KAMA which uses the saem engine, and similar PTO drive shows 21.9 PTO HP so the Farm Pro should be close. The info I don't have here at home is the rpm the engine is turning at "pto speed", the grean spot on the tach. Our KAMAs have a wide "green spot" on the tach.

Do you have draft and position (two handles) or just the single handle. Most 200 series Jinmas only have up and down valve control, but Agracat did use teh 300 series lift box on later models, even 25hp size. This also picks up hyd oil from the bottom of the resevoir. Sounds like you are sucking air somewhere. I have seen the fitting that bolts on the pump and connects to the suction line actually be pourous. Usuallyl this will cause the oil to foam and overflow the vent on the lift box after a few minutes of running. had this twice in 3 years out of many dozens of tractors we have handled. Carefully check all connections, Orings, etc. The leak can be small enough that oil will not leak out, only air in.Any connection between the resevoir and the pump is suspect. A mixture of hyd oil and air gives lousy performance as the air must compress before the hydraulics respond...

Kioti has announced that all tractors sold from now on come standard with a 4 year warranty. 2 years full warranty and 2 years parts and labor on drivetrain (engine transmissioin, axles, etc for consumer users and 3 year (2 full 1 powertrane) for commercial and rental customers.

Farm Pro has sold thousands of the 2 cylinder engined tractors. You should be able to use NAPA 1381 oil and NAPA 3195 fuel on yours. wix numbers are similar (added number in front).

If you need other parts, a Farm Pro dealer will be your best bet in the case of the TY290 engine parts.

Keep in mind the chinese rate at 12 hour duty cycle not peak. a 25HP Jinma can handle a 5'light to med. duty hog (875lbs of 3 point lift remember so cant get too heavy), 5' matches up nice with the rear tires (when set to 2nd widest configuration). Of course I think a KAMA TS354C would be better suited (could be because I sell them) The 35HP will be nice if the grass gets waist high or you have a lot os saplings and brush, and you also have a 1100lb lift capaicty. but if heavy cutting is rare, you can always just go slower in the rough spots and get by with the 25.

Do you have the cluster gages? and is tere a wire attached to the "W" terminal on your sending unit? Is there a chance you are talking about the light that is supposed to come on with the key? it is a stand alone light used with the individual gages. (Farm Pros don't have a light, just the gage, but other importers may have both now)

Yeah, this one got me, I noticed it when after I logged in, it took me back to the log in which was odd, so I immediately changed my password so no damage. If anything seems odd or fishy, just assume it is! I get ones telling me someone has added a new email to my paypal account, that will scare you, but is it all BS. Always log into the website from your browser, NOT from an email, even if you are SURE it is from who you think it is. I do a lot of business on the internet and ebay, it is full of scammers but after a while you get to recognize them right away.

Big Bee has a brush mower with 4 wheels, the blades are set a bit lower though also, the idea is to cross a finish mower with a brush mower, the blades still swing on the carrier, but the deck floats on 4 wheels, still 3 point mounted. I don't think they have a web site, they are in Red Bay AL.

Hi,

A JM220 would be a 2 wheel drive unit. Does it have power steering? If not a Farm Pro 20HP tractor can be had for that (or less) and will have a 2 year parts and labor warranty up to 2000 hours. The 20HP engine is not EPA certified (except Homier/Farm Pro). Many are imported under TPEM program and if done correctly are legal to import. There do not appear to be any major differences between the Homier Y380 engine with EPA label and the non EPA version, so most all parts should be interchangagbe. This is assuming you are getting a Yangdong Y380 engine, some Jinma tractors have been arriving with laidong 380 engines and parts for those are not as common.

Since the 4wd version of this tractor sells for about 6K, I think the price is fair.

You will be pleased with the tractor, they work well, sometimes an occasional minor problem, but all in all a great value. this tractor will outlast 3 or 4 sheet metal framed riding mowers and save a bunch on fuel costs too.

These forums provide a great exchange of knowledge, (and of course opinion). Did you get the brake problem ironed out? We haven't had much problem with 25hp brake but occaisionally a 30hp will stick some...similar design.

The brakes are dry disk, they are behind the cover where the linkage from the brake pedal leads. You might try driving some with the brakes lightly applied, or you can dissassemble and clean them.

Only mildly related, I heard of a guy who added some ATF to a tank of fuel in his diesel pickup in an effort to imporove injector performace.. went to a livestock auction and the feds did not like his red fuel, fined him for burning off road diesel in his on road truck...of course I doubt anyone would check a VW for this but....

The current model of this tractor is LK3054XS and among the many improvements is a larger, heavier clutch. Also more HYD flow, stonger/wider front axle, under hood exhaust, dash mounted shifter, etc. A good tractor still, only better. Loaders and clutches are troubled pair on many tractors. It is really hard to avoid the tendancy to slip the clutch to regulate ground speed a bigger clutch will help.

Be careful when mixing US PSI air with Chinese KPA air, I have heard that the Chinese air is like their oil, not too good.... Nevermind, too early, I have been told I have a dry sense of humor....maybe it dried out..
