I'm looking at a used 1998 Kubota U-45 excavator. Anyone know where I'll be able to obtain parts and/or service manual for it?

I own a 4520 and it is awesome. I have a 400X loader and a 448 Backhoe. I have owned it about 3 months. Has awesome torgue and I love the ergonomics.

I have the new 448 Backhoe which I believe replaces the 48. I works great with my 4520. I have not used any others to compare. Also the 448 series will dig a foot deeper than the 447.

I'm in a town with a Kubota dealer who doesn't like to cut his prices much. As a result, I'm looking for a used BX, but there really aren't many out there. But I did find one and wanted to see if you guys think it's a good or bad price. Garage-kept BX2200, year old, 150 hours with rear blade for $9,500. The owner said he'd get a trade-in for about $8,500. He want's to trade up. Seems to be $1,500-$2,000 off what I'd pay new and maybe he'd deal. The new prices are all over the map. Wes

I am considering buying a Yanmar M1500D. I want it primairly for finish mowing my huge lawn, and some light brush hogging, and maybe garden work. The guy wanting to sell it isn't sure if it will pull a 5' finish mower or not. Does anyone know if it will satisfactoirly pull a 5' finish mower? He says this is the only finish mower he can provide. Thank you...
