I have the TC 33D with the three range hydro and I love it. It hasn't given me one minutes problem in 780 hrs. It it a great landscape tool with the 7308 loader attached. I would have to agree that the 35 is a bit small in the larger frame. I would move up to the 40 class if I were getting the larger framed unit. Just my 2cents.

I am looking at a new blade for my TC33D and have looked at or talked to the following manufacturers. Servis Rino. Woods, BushHog, Landpride,Worksaver and Landscape Implement Company (LIC). I am wondering if anyone has experiance with any of these products and if so what are your reccomendationsfor this tractor. I have been pricing the six and seven foot models. I was told to get a seven foot so my tire tracks would be covered when the blade is angled. I have turf tires on the TC33D. Please respond with any information. Thanks for any help you folks may be able o provide.

I have a 548 Roberts Jacobsen PTO driven overseeder and need info on parts availability, maintenance, and manual sources. The machine is in great shape but I know sooner or later I will need parts. I have used the machine to overseed 6 lawns and it does a beautiful job. If anyone has information on this unit or manuals you can make copies of please contact me . Well folks I did it! Bought the new tractor today after a year of waiting. Had ordered a new L3010 but didn't like the units I test drove. Looked at and drove the JD 4300 not for me. So I fell in love with the NH TC33D and still think I made the right choice. Strong engine, good ergonomics, great lift cap. and very very very nice seat. The tractor seemed to jump to full power when asked to from a dead stop. I hope to be able to give some good reports on this unit in the near future. Thanks to all of you in the past that answered my questions and listened to me rant about the other color tractors problems. I will look forward to any response or information from owners who have the TC series. I also bought a Befco 50 series rear discharge mower in 72 inch width and a Befco series T40 58 inch tiller. The tractor has a loader with HD 60 inch bucket bolt on HD cutting edge and turf tires and it's HYDRO. The whole package cost me under $ 20.350. Anyone with info write please and let me know how you like your NH TC series. Thanks Scaper

I also have been over this for the past 8 months. If you compare the TC33D with the 4300 JD it is a wash. I found the fit and finish on the NH to be better overall. Take a look at the seat weight adjustment the bolt runs through a plastic bushing. The first time a local dealer tightened it up it stripped the threads out. Great first impression. I also had some problems getting the 4300 to go to full power.2700 RPM's. The NH TC33D run perfect the whole time I was on it. I also like the placement of the controls better. And for me the seat was much better then the Deere. Byb the way the price I got on the JD 4300 HYDRO, Loader420 and turf tires was 17.850. The TC33D with Loader, turf tires HYDRO was 17.300.<br>

Hi Catfish, Well here goes, I test drove a total of 4 new Kubota L3010's at dealers within a one hundred mile area from my home. The first tractor I drove was great looking and I had waited for 6 months to see one. I drove it on very hard packed crush and run in the dealers yard. The tractor was fine in low and middle range, when I put it in high range the tractor moved off fine but when it reached 2200-2300 rpm it died. I drove back to the owner and told him what had happened and he stated I must have done something wrong? It was a hyrdro (I've been using one for 4 years but hey maybe?) and he jumped on the unit and took off across the yard. I saw him stop and then turn around to come back. He turned the tractor off and stated

One dealer even went as far as to say that the L3010 was an entry level tractor for that size catogory and that I shouldn't expect it to pull full RPM' about 2800 because of it's weight. Well I went back out and spent the day driving other units. Two of the other units did the same thing and one pulled to 2400 RPM or so. Well I called Kubota back and told a dif. person in the same department of the problem( the first person was out of the office that day) and I asked if he would like the E-Mails I had recieved. He said NO! there wasn't any problem as he understood. Well I called back a third time and left a message on the first persons line telling him of the problem again asked him to call back and guess what, NO CALL BACK, I have heard from about 30 people so far and have only gotten back 4 replies that say they don't have this problem. Now math isn't really my strong point but then again you don't have to be a mental giant to figure this one out. Many more negative responses to the post then good. So go figure, who knows what the reason is but the overall complaint still stands "Why doesn't this unit pull Full RPM'S in high gear. I have thought about all the reasons and breakin may have been an answer but many of the responses stated they had hrs. on their units and they still did the same thing, no full pulls. "Well thats my story sad but true!! So there's the problem, I know Kubota is a great tractor, hell I've been around them for many years and thats what I bought when I made my first purchase. But I'm now looking to buy a non Orange unit, to bad I love my Bota. Hope this long ass post answered your question. Scaper

Check to see if theres a filter in the hyd system. If the filter is bad when you start the tractor it may work until pressure builds and re-clogs the filter. When the tractor sits overnight it may let the particulates fall away enough to get lift when restarted. Good luck. Scaper <br>

Jim think about your post for a minute. I know what your saying and I agree to an extent. Lets say you went out and bought a new JD4300 and the rated lift 24 inches behind the links is 2200 lbs. Ok you have an implement that weighs say 1900 lbs. and you hook it up and go to do a good days work. Well your proud of your new tractor and your buddy is standing there when you go to lift the equipment, and your new tractor peters out. Whoa what the heck do you do,. call the dealer and complain? Most likely!!! And what if the dealer says,

I use a Bfco Mole Three in my fence business and have never had a problem with the unit. If you have hard packed or clay ground such as I do , use carbibe tip augers and carbibe cutting teeth. This will alow you to drill into the ground. Yes it is a pain when you sink one in the ground and don't have the ability to reverse the point to get it out. But I have made up a tool to remove them. Hey Mr. dealer try 14 inches of ground clearance on the Boomer. Only the very small units have 10.2 inches of clearance thats the 18 and 21 HP tractors. If your a dealer let me know where you are so I can stay away from your shop. Only my opinion.

Remember folks the new B2710 weighs in at 1700 lbs without rims and tires. You can add about 400 to 500 pounds for the tires as I'm told. This could bring the weight up quite a bit. So the Deere isn't that much heavier. Think about it! And when the hell are we going to see them. Kubota really screwed up on this delivery date. They are cutting their own throats as far as I'm concerned. Just my opinion. <br>

Well I don't know about the Landpride being the best tiller on the market, but I'm sure it's a fine machine. I use a Befco HD tiller and have been very pleased with it's performance. I till about 45-50 gardens a year, spring and fall and have never had a failure. I have used this unit to till whole yards to redo lawns and it has never missed a beat. I am looking like you at a new larger unit. I have looked at the KMC 60
