Don't feel like the only one. I have a B2400, and always hit the switch to turn the flashers on. So I took the fuse out. Don't think you could solve your problem that easy.

Yesterday I bought a block heater for my B2400 from Kubota. It's brass with an element about 4" long (2" after it's doubled over) It's 400 watts. I plugged it in and checked it in a hour and a half. The temperature gague was beginning to rise. The high temperature here today was 16 degrees F.

I bought a 180 amp Lincoln welder in 1956 to weld pipe for well casing. The welder goes from 20 amps to 180 amps, and stops any place in between. Not 5 amp increments like some of the newer welders. The pointer goes from the left side of the welder, all the way across the back to the right side. It's made with copper wire, not aluminum. I bought a 220 volt---170 amp mig welder,and can't get used to it. Made quite a few things since I got the mig, but always go back to the stick welder. Never made a thing with it. I guess that's something to set in the way.

Back in the 70's I put a power steering pump from an old Nash on my Power King tractor. Then I made a 2 1/2" cylinder. Bent everything on the tractor, so I used an axle from a chevy to put the arms on for lifting the implements. Worked fine since. Never even had to put new O-rings in the cylinder. I think the pump put out about 1100 pounds. Had all the pressure for what I needed.

I doubt if he has tubes in his tires. Kubota would have to pay for them on a new tractor.
I have a B2400 with 6 ply R4 tires, they are tubeless. They also leak under low pressure. I have antifreeze up to the axle. I took the antifreeze out once to clean the bead and rims, but put it back in and bought tubes. Now I want to take the tires off, and leave the wheels on ( if I can ) because of the brackets for the wheel weights. If the air is all out of my tires they look like they are full, not enough weight in the tractor to flatten the tires.

Anytime I buy anything, new or used, that uses a key, I make a couple keys. Being I have an extra, I never loose one. Besides I put a piece of chalk line on the key and throw it over the throttle or a switch knob of some kind.

I bought quite a few used cars, trucks, and a couple tractors. None of them had a manual with them, so I just put oil in the engine until it came up to the full mark on the dip stick, then I'd count the empty quarts.
No matter what volume a manual would indicate, I still check the dipstick.

Moose Max, Why don't you turn the drive shaft 180 degrees, put the 4x4 back where it was? If it bent it the first time, it should bend it back. Just take it easy. You don't have anything to loose, if you are going to buy a new one anyway.
