You say ‘good fuel pressure’. How did you measure it?

Did you have the injectors checked / replaced at the same time as the pump was done?

I did mine a few years ago and I had to use a impact hammer with a pointed chisel to get something out, probably was a bearing. If you get the exploded parts diagram from someplace like partstree it will show which parts go where. The only thing not clear was which way the seals went in, open side up or down.

Have you checked the safety switches that could prevent the engine from starting.

[b]Seat Switch and Reverse Seat Switch[/b]
These switches are located under the seat. When
sitting on the seat, the seat switch (1) is pushed in and
electrical circuit is closed. When the seat is vacant, this
switch is not pushed and electric circuit is opened.
Other reverse seat switch (2) is to detect tilting the seat.
When tilting the seat forward as shown in the figure, the
reverse seat switch (2) is pushed in and electrical circuit
is closed.

[b]Main Gear Switch 1 and Main Gear Switch 2[/b]
These switches are located on the transmission case
upper cover. When the main speed change lever is not
in neutral, these switches are pushed in and electrical
circuits are opened

[b]Rear PTO Switch[/b]
This switch is under the PTO gear shift lever. When
the PTO gear shift lever is in neutral, this switch is
pushed in and electric circuit is closed.

[b]Clutch Pedal Switch[/b]
This switch detects the clutch pedal whether being
depressed. When the clutch pedal is depressed and the
clutch disengaged, this switch is pushed in and electric
circuit is closed

[b]Starter Relay and Key Stop Timer[/b]
Starter relay and key stop timer are located at inside
of the fuel tank frame

Engine Starting Conditions
When the following conditions become complete, output current (12V) reaches coil terminal of the starter relay from
main switch AC terminal, and the engine can be started.

Clutch Pedal Switch Depressed
Rear PTO Switch: disengaged
Main Gear Switch 2: Transmission in neutral.

You can test the switches by replacing them, temporarily, with an automotive fuse. If the engine starts then the switch is likely bad. You should also check for continuity at the switch plugs.

I think it sounds like yoou may need to check the settings on the deck. The deck usually has a decal that tells yoou how to set all of the adjusting points. Make sure the rear guide wheel is set correctly. Also if you just mounted the deck, the front attachment can be a bit finicky to do.

As to blades they really just need to be consistent rather than sharp. If they are too blunt the grass will show split ends when it dries. Also there is a positioning pattern that needs to be followed when installing the blades after sharpening. Do you have the pattern?

I got a new Samsung Dishwasher last month and had it installed with a Flood Defender stainless steel braided hose for the Hot water feed. I read through the Dishwasher instructions and they speicifically state that you should not use a Flood Safe Braided hose with no mention of why not! <br>
<br>
So I contacted Samsung Customer Service and they said the reason is to avoid water damage to my cabinets, and the Flood Defender hose had no impact on the dishwasher performance.<br>
<br>
This makes no sense to me as the the purpose of the valve in the Flood Defender hose is to stop a flood in the event of a hose break. <br>
<br>
Now what would make sense to me is that perhaps the valve could reduce the water pressure and minimize how well the the dishwasher performs. Wonder if any one has any experience with a flood safe braided hoses before I go through reinstalling it with a plain braided hose.

There are many thing that we all me do that help us stay clear of problems when doing Maintenance. Here are a couple.<br>
<br>
1)Before you drain any fluid on a vehicle make sure you can open the hood to refill.<br>
<br>
2a) Before you drain an axle that has a drain and fill bolt make sure you cna reach the fill bolt and remove the fill bolt first before you drain it.<br>
<br>
2b)If filling (ie. transmission ) requires a level vehicle and unable to level consider having two clean contianers like gallon milk jugs so you can measure what comes out and then match that to only replace what you removed.<br>
<br>
2c) Make sure you have a pump to fill locations where it is not possible to pour into fill location before draining.<br>
<br>

Well we finally had some wind that felled that tree ! Thank God. It went down while I was in bed .. I heard it snap and fall even though it was over 600 feet from me. It split opposite the back cut that was already there up 15 feet and fell perfectly in the direction the back cut indicated.. very nice.

Hey, So I remembered seeing this post way back when and knew I had to respond soon… but it took me some time -lol.
So I have a 6’ Gannon, hanging on the back of a Mahindra 2615. I use it to fix potholes and grade my 1/2mile lane. I also use it to clear junk (leaves, sticks, etc…) off the land and as a counterweight for firewood service.
I made a video fixing potholes, using all three sides of the unit. Next time I will get some side-ground footage so you can see what it looks like from that angle. But for this video it was just from the top of the ROPS bar, looking down.

As for the Scarifiers digging, they do a great job! Even on hard packed gravel & dirt and yes, you can mess up anything when they are hanging off the back (blade mode).

I posted here and under Parts and Repair Forum. My three point hitch arms have to be locked up for the auxiliary hydraulics (three levers on right) to work. If not locked those three levers raise and lower arms or use draft levers on right side of seat. Trying to put post pounder on and can not use with 3 point arms locked up . Any ideas will be appreciated !!

I have a Belarus 562. Recently the TPL lifter arms stopped working. They have now dropped all the way down. I have cleaned the filter and the fluid is clear. Any ideas how to trouble shoot this problem?<br>

Yes I tried jumping it. It cranks but not fast enough to start. I tried a new starter. New starter spins but starter drive does not engage. It seems to me that it is not getting full amps-Volts to the starter. It doesn't make sense to me because positive cable goes to starter relay. Possible new starter is bad. Is there anything I am missing? What are the 2 wires below the 3 relays that fasten to the firewall?
