Just talked to a dealer and he said a new BX TLB *IS* on the way, although he wouldn't elaborate at all on any differences.<br>

He did kind of say it might have more HP, and he said he'd like to see a bigger hydralic pump on it for digging, etc., but again, he said nobody knows for sure what it will have until the first week in Oct.<br>

So at least I know enough to wait.<br>

I'll have to look into it.

If the 4-1 leaves me with some reasonable lift I'll get one. >380 lbs would bee satisfactory. All I have to do is look around to see multiple uses for it.

After having used my backhoe for about a year now I'm extremely glad I got a sub frame for the very reasons mentioned in the previous posts. You may say that you'll be real careful and not exert to much force but when you latch onto a stump or big rock the heat of the moment sometimes takes over. On my New Holland TC33D and Rhino backhoe I only have to take off my hydraulic top link which isn't a big deal.

Any one else having problems getting support and help from Mazama products who sell the Taskmaster and Bulldog tractors? I could not get parts support and received damaged tractors when shipped. Every time I was promissed something, the pronmise was broken. Anyone else?

Now that you're at 40 hours, what did the dealer tell you about how hard you can work it upto the 50 hour service?

Do you have to go easy on it until then?

Art can you want to chime in? What are the pre-50 hour service work rules?

Can you work it hard from hour 1?

Yeah I imagine skid-steer class weight on those small tires will just crush blades of grass.

A friend of mine says skid-steers are fantastic for new construction but wreak havoc on developed landscape.

Because of that he bought a Kubota and that's how I found out about them.

Anyone here own a ASV RC30 track loader?

I've heard they are great on existing lawns, a bit pricey though.

Hi, Does anyone know where I could buy a lawn dethatcher that I could mount up to the front of my JD 790 ? Anything that could be modified etc. I used to have a smaller JD 420 riding lawn mower with one and it worked great and can't seem to find anything similar for my larger tractor. Yes, the rear end of an Off-Road equiped pickup will be a little higher than normal.

I have a Dodge Ram 2500 without any Off-Road option and the bed rails are higher than the rails on the standard 1/2 ton Ram, which my cousin owns.

Can the BX23 load a 3 4 ton pickup

I know nothing about diesel engines but I do know a gasser will lose power (sputter some too...) during acceleration up a hill, etc., if the timing is off.

Drive a car on a level road that slopes upward and if the timing is off it will lose power and slow down to the extent that it needs adjustment.

I'm pretty sure diesels have a timing adjustment.

I purchased the heavy duty bucket when I bought my 33D and it had the removable cutting edge. I never really used the bucket much without a tootbar on it as digging with only the cutting edge just didn't get it for me.

I know the 7510 with both the loader and BH is ~19k, and that the BH is an add-on vs. the BX23's standard BH.

The zipped out here and fixed it by 8 am this morning. It was just missing a nut and washer.

If it were not for the heavy brush hogging you are intending on doing the 24 would be a nice tractor but because of your heavy use of pto power the 30 will be a much better suited to your needs. As long as your yard is fairly firm you won't have any problems with mowing, one other thought would be that since you say there are few obstacles for mowing you could save a good chunk of money on a rear finish mower. e Which ever you choose enjoy your new machine.
