Wait till Kubota introduces their New Skid Steer next year. Should give BobCat some major competition. BobCat has been known for reliability while using Kubota engines.

We use a Curtis #9pkfelbv Auxiliary Valve and make a bracket for it. Then you have angle side to side ( Same Speed ) , up, down and tilt. Seems to work great. On the Larger tractors we use a WR Long Valve. Web Site http://www.wrlonginc.com/valve_kits.htm

The original Backhoe for the Kubota L3010 is the BL4690 but I would look into a BushHog or Woods brand with a SubFrame mount. You could always trade it in on the New Kubota Grand L-40 Series, Which takes a BH90 Backhoe. You can take it on and off in minutes.

Try some K100 Diesel Fuel Treatment with about 30% Kerosene. We switched to K100 about 4 years ago and It works Great !! We never had to add any Kerosene but with the New Low Sulfer and Your Cold temps.

I'm with candoarms. You may want to keep it and get a Zero Turn for mowing. Your wife would love it. If you really want to downsize into smaller tractor than you may want to look at the New B2920HSD. Small but powerfull!
