JAZ- What brand of boiler are you using with 99% effeciency? The best I've been seeing have been something in the area of mid to upper 80%.

Effeciency is a realitive thing, I realize. I was under the impression that comparing effeciency ratings between a forced air furnace and a boiler are like comparing apples and ballbearings. Is this true?

I have to be honest, I will probably do little of the work myself on the HVAC, so I'm looking for information to use in finding and deciding on a system to have installed.

I appreciate the information. Thanks.

Inflate the tires to their max rated pressure for max load (shown on the carcass of the tire) load up the trailer and go. Stop and check the tempreture of the bearings and tires after 5-6 miles at highway speed. Then stop and do this every 50 miles or so.

Your setup is nearly the as what my trailer is. It'll work fine.

My main concern (and the only real value to CarFAX IMO) was to get the registration history. I was able to get that elsewhere and eventually purchased the car. I agree the repair reports would be nice if they were trustable, but they aren't. Too many loopholes.

I have used mine on blacktop, concrete, gravel, hills and flat and have NEVER had any need for chains. 4WD with the snowblower is plenty. I often add my box blade on the back for doing edges and that weight along with the 'blower will make the BX completely unstoppable in snow.

Forgetting about it and buying the front snowblower instead. LOL

Blade - something like $1200 + tons of hassle with snowbanks and traction and never enough speed to use a plow

Blower - something like $2400 + laughing at deep snow forever

Naw, there's a window in the back, just not on the sides.

Origional thought - Poor man's camper. After thought - Man that looks kind of cool. Final thought - I have gotten really good at backing a trailer using nothing but the mirrors! (HUGE blind spots!)

Maybe you guys can clarify something for me.

I have been told that Ethanol (which is also used in the making of biodiesel) is a net energy loss to produce. Meaning, it takes more energy to produce than it gives off as a fuel. Is there any truth to this?

The wire is 12 volts, the block is the ground, therefore they are parallel. If you have one bad one it will start hard, two and it probably won't start at all in real cold weather (<10°).

Drifting is a newer sport where they take high performance rear drive cars and slide them around a circuit in a constant power slide. Kind of neat to watch.<br>

If you get "inches" of snow in a season, the FEL will be fine. If you get "feet" of snow, then it will quickly become too much to handle. Blanket statements are never perfect, but I will stand on mine about the advantages of the front snowblower first, rear snowblower second, front blade third, then the FEL for snow removal.
