Of course we have to add the Michigan 6% sales tax bringing the total to
$14,310. All I plan to use the tractor for is mowing, tilling, and adding a
rear blade for snow removal. If JD ever puts a hydro on the 790 I will

60" tiller(heavy duty), 84" backblade, 60" landscape rake for 23K, including sales tax.
Dealer will deliver to my home and pick up for any warranty service n/c. Also got overrunning
clutch, hitch, change of filters,etc. I didn't really consider resale as I usually keep what
I buy forever. Hopefully this will outlive me, but I just wanted one now to make work on my
"ranch" easier. I guess the only worry is if N. Korea overruns the south. Thanks again. They

One point. If money is an issue, you might want to consider 2nd hand. While still expensive, I've seen relatively cheap prices on some later model Fords. Don't expect too much of a discount from "new" for late model Kubota's, Deeres and the like, though.
When my wife agreed on the tractor - I moved quick! She has seen the results a modern compact will provide and I don't think she'd balk at an attachment expense now. 'Didn't say a word when I drove in with the box blade in the back of the truck.
