Told salesman 5' but he delivered a 4'. Can the 4110 handle a 5'? Nothing but sand. Maybe he's right with the 4' but don't want try it if i send it back.

I use a 6' box on my 24 pto hp tractor with unloaded turf tires. I like the 6" or so of blade that are outside the rear tires. It can be a bit traction challenged but the traction is manageable. I go lower and take smaller bites. I sometimes carry a load in the loader to increase front drive traction. ....

Tom is right on the money, you want a box bladt that is at least as wide as your tractors total width, it just works a lot better than one that's too narrow. Just take light cuts to your tractors traction limits and you'll do fine. Enjoy the new rig. Frank. ....

I would stick with the 4 footer. Filled with any type of soil, that will be a big load for your 4110.

I live in a sandy place too.... hope you didn't get ag tires! ....

I have a 5' BB on my 4110. I have some trouble pulling more than half a box of gravel up my 14% grade driveway. Other than that I've had no trouble. I've only used it to spread gravel with the teeth removed, but it works fine except up hill. ....

I'm running a 60" behind my 4110. As mentioned, the 48" doesn't cover tracks. The perfect size is 54" for this tractor, but there are only a few companies that make that width. Of the 54"-ers I found, most were designed for industrial and construction use, very HD, and equally expensive. I'm happy with the 60" and just make sure I take a slightly smaller bite and chew a little more slowly. Pete ....
