There is a Kawasaki FD620d engine in this Gator. I have read a lot of forums on these engines running hot. Most of them advise burping the engine and getting the air out. I have burped this thing so many times now, I can not count them all. I am thinking it has blown a head gasket and exhaust gases are getting into the cooling system and coolant is getting on the spark plugs causing it to misfire. Has anyone head of this?

I would think you have a blown head gasket. That superheated the coolant to the point that it creates a vapor lock in the area of the water pump impeller. When this happens coolant stops circulating and you keep frying the motor. Exhaust gasses heat the coolant to the point that the radiator can’t cool it. ....

A blown head gasket will usually show itself as vapor at the exhaust. ....
