I renetly purchased a MF1020 and there is a knob under the front edge of seat above the hydraulic fiill hole.. The knob is very dull and hard to read.. it looks like it says slower and faster wtih an arow pointing both directions.. What is it for ??? Please help...

The knob that you are referring to is for the the 3 point arm speed for up and down movement. ....
