Go BottomCub Cadet 5254 front hydraulics for Grapple hook

I have downsized from a JD 3120 with a grapple and looking to buy a CubCadet 5254. I am wondering if this little tractor supports front hydraulics added on to add a grapple for picking up hay bales?
