Jimmy,
The 3-point arms will lift easily, whether under power or not.
There is no down pressure on the 3-point arms, so you'll be able to lift them by hand.

There is no tension on the arms they move very easily and a clicking sound happens when you start to lift them.
Also how do I test the solenoid unit?
