I have the problem that the lift takes forever to lower but comes up quickly when you pull the lift lever back to make the lift arms raise. For one I would like to know which direction you turn the knob below the seat to make the lifting arms lower faster. clockwise or counter clockwise.

With no weight on the 3PH they mostly lower real slow. With weight you can adjust to feather slow to a guillotine speed. So be careful!

If I have a heavy implement on the 3PH, I lift the implement up to max height, turn the knob all the way in clockwise so that it is locked in the up position, then with one hand I hold the 3PH control lever in the down position, while I very slowly unscrew the knob so that I get the lowering speed I want. ....

Thanks! I will try what you suggest the next time I use my leveling box.. Thanks for the direction info. on the speed control knob ....
